If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product (same value), or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Limited edition, and other items with limited availability (i.e., vintage books) cannot be exchanged, refund only.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Notify us via email support@bfskinner.org and specify whether you are looking for exchange or refund. If you have the order number, please include it to expedite the process. We will contact you withing 24 hours with the confirmation.
- Send items back to us using your preferred shipping method. We recommend using a service that provides tracking numbers, so the return does not get lost. Please send your items to:

Additional Information:
- Once we receive the return, it takes up to five business days to process your refund or send you a replacement product.
- The replacement product is sent using USPS priority mail service. We will send you a tracking number for the exchange once the label is generated.
- While we gladly refund the cost of the product, we do not provide free shipping and do not refund shipping charges. If you request an exchange, we will contact you about shipping charges.
